New Construction / Remodeling
Jade Fine Homes can handle all aspects of the construction process, including helping clients find the perfect lot to build their home. We offer architectural design services and are more than willing to work with our clients architect as well. We offer extensive planning, scheduling, and communication to keep your project on track.
Fixed Bid
Based on final construction plans and specifications. Client receives a breakdown of expenses, selections, and allowances.
Construction Management
Some projects can be difficult to estimate because of design changes, scope of work, and budget. The CM option allows the customer to keep track of the job by reviewing submitted budgets and expense sheets as the job progresses. Jade Fine Homes will agree on a fixed fee for an agreed period of time to complete the project. The client will then pay invoices from vendors and subcontractors direct at full disclosure.
Landscape Design
Jade Fine Homes landscape division will design the yard for your new or existing home. Landscape design includes plantings, pools, and hardscape (i.e. patios, fire-pits, outdoor cooking, spas, driveways, retaining walls.)
Interior Design
During or after construction Jade can provide consultation and interior design services. We can help coordinate paint colors, furniture layout, finish selections, brand selections, and comfort living aspects.
Estate Care
Your home is likely your largest investment, at Jade we can help you maintain it. We offer daily to yearly check ups. We can also monitor and take care of your home when you are present or away.
